Alloy wheels

I love alloy wheels on a car, however, Wifey is not having much luck with them at the moment.

1 buckled beyond repair, one scuffed badly in Brighton and now one potential knackered after a trip to Shere.

I'm selling the car as it seems to be a little jinxed.

Anyone want to buy a Volvo estate with a curse?

Don't all rush at once........

If you where in Shere you were but a stone's through away from our place. Lovely village Shere, did you feed the ducks?

An alloy buckling and a Volvo alloy at that? Astonishing. I has an XC70 for four years with alloys and never had a problem, even taking it off road. You should complain to Volvo, even if out of warrantee they might do something about it.

Wifey potholed the car - fast and hard! not much chance of a warranty claim. The only potential claim is to Surrey Highways but having looked at their claim form I'm inclined not to bother as it appears to be designed specifically to make it not worth your time :-(

I did mention Shere not only because it was where Wifey was going but I drove through a village a couple of months ago and had a strong incling that that was the village you lived in.

For the sake of privacy I will not mention my suspect....

Swap it for a Rover estate with expensive repair habits? It's lovely to drive, though.
